- Verified Carbon Removal: Carbon sequestration activities validated under standards like Puro.earth or equivalent third-party verification bodies.
Certificate of Carbon Removal: A digital document issued to contributors specifying the volume of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO₂e) permanently removed.
4. Products and Carbon Removal Claims
- Neutura’s carbon removal products are delivered through certified projects involving biochar production, biomass energy transformation, and soil reclamation.
- Carbon sequestration amounts are based on conservative methodologies and third-party validation.
- Carbon Removal Certificates will be issued only after third-party verification and credit registration.
5. Payments and Contributions
- Payments made on this website represent contributions towards carbon removal projects and not ownership of specific assets.
- Contributions are non-refundable, except in the rare event of project cancellation before credit issuance.
6. Carbon Removal Permanence and Risk Management
- Neutura projects are designed for long-term carbon sequestration, with expected permanence of at least 100 years following best practices (aligned with biochar stability studies).
- Neutura implements risk mitigation measures, including conservative project baselines, monitoring protocols, and contingency plans.
7. Verification and Issuance
- Neutura engages accredited third-party verifiers for project auditing.
- Carbon Removal Certificates will reflect verified outcomes and include issuance dates, CO₂e amounts, and project details.
8. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property, including project methodologies, branding, and digital content, belongs to Neutura unless otherwise specified.
9. User Responsibilities
